Attendees are subject to each venue’s entry policy, and must meet the club’s minimum age requirements (18+, unless otherwise stated). Attendees must present valid photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s licence.
All attendees must have a valid ticket to the event.
Attendees are subject to a venue’s search policy. Both the venue and the organiser, Keep Hush, reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.
By attending the event, attendees agree to follow Keep Hush’s Safe(r) Space policy. Anyone contravening the Safe(r) Space policy will be removed from the venue.
Filming and Photography Policy
By attending an event, you consent to the filming and recording of your likeness for use by Keep Hush. If Keep Hush upload photography or other non-livestream content to their socials, you may withdraw your consent in writing to email@example.com.
Personal photographs are permitted in the club, unless a venue has a no photos policy. Please respect the venue’s photography policy. Unauthorised filming is not permitted in the club.
Keep Hush are unable to refund or exchange tickets once they have been purchased. If you can no longer make the event, you may resell the ticket, at your own risk.
Keep Hush will only issue a refund when:
- Keep Hush cancels an event;
- Keep Hush changes the date of an event, and you cannot attend the new date.
Refunds will not be issued unless the criteria above is met. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the cancelled event, or at least 48 hours before a postponed event is scheduled to take place.
If Keep Hush chooses to process a refund, the refund will be made by using the same payment method as used for the payment of the ticket. Where applicable, Keep Hush will suspend tickets once the refund has been processed and the purchaser is not allowed to make use of the ticket. The time of the refund payment on the consumer’s account may vary depending on the payment method.
If you test positive for COVID-19, you may have guestlist to a new Keep Hush Live show in the future if you:
- Provide proof of a positive PCR COVID-19 test, obtained within the past 10 days – this must be received before the beginning of the event.
- Confirm which event you would like to swap to at least 48 hours before the chosen event.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
